Jennings Hobson HI, representing the Washington Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad of Washington, Virginia has applied for a Special Use Permit in accordance with Article 2, Section 2-1-2 of the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
The above named applicant desires approval for a new fire and rescue station to be used to house fire and rescue vehicles and for ancillary activities, located in Hampton Magisterial District.
A hearing has been scheduled for 9:00 A.M. on 13 March, in the County Courthouse at Washington, Virginia.
The applicant and other interested parties wishing to be heard are requested to be present at that time.
