An enthusiastic group of patrons attended the annual membership meeting of the Rappahannock Farmers' Co-operative, held Monday, February 25, at Graves Lodge, and enjoyed the excellent country cuisine. Following the dinner, official of the organization presented facts and figures concerning the year’s business which hit a rec- - ord of more than a million dollars. Among those who spoke were W. A. Spillman, left, president of the Culpeper Cooperative which includes four stores. Taylor E. Gore, center, is the newly appointed general manager who will fill the position left vacant by the resignation of James E. Cornett, right. Standing are Gordon Thornhill, manager of the Rappahannock branch; Allen Stokes and James Massie, directors and Phil Irwin, who was master of ceremonies for the dinner meeting.
