Little John Combs is a two year old who has cerebral palsy and suffered minor brain damage from lack of oxygen at birth. John cannot sit or crawl normally. He has only partial use of his affected arm and leg and is just beginning to stand. John—and his parents—are three of Dixie’s star pupils.
