After watching her go through John’s learning program, it is easy to understand why he looks forward to her visits. For little John, the arrival of his teacher signals the beginning of an hour of fun and games with two enthusiastic supporters.
Dixie and Debra conferred briefly over the progress that John had made over the last week before bringing out the educational toys. Propped up in a chair with pillows for support, John was shown a picture of keys and then asked to pick out an actual set of keys from items on his high chair tray.
Dixie and Debra repeated the exercise with several other familiar objects and everytime John made the right selection, the two women clapped their hands
