Gordon Kincheloe, Trustees, said deed of trust being dated April 3, 1975, and recorded April 8, 1975, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 114, page 7 41, to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in the indebtedness thereby secured, the undersigned, J. Gordon Kincheloe, surviving trustee, having been requested to act by the holder of said indebtedness, will offer for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder, at the front door of the Court House, in Washington, Virginia, on Wednesday.
