Mr. Lynn has also announced that plans for a two week student trip to Pompeii and Greece in April have been finalized, and that Wakefield has acquired facilities near Orleans, France for an annual six weeks summer session beginning in July 1979.

Contest
The third annual Virginia State Turkey Calling Championships and the MidAtlantic Open Calling Championships will be held on Sunday, October 1, 1978 in Winchester, Virginia. The State contest will take place at the James Wood High School located on Rte. 50 West in Winchester, beginning at 11:00 A.M. The Mid-Atlantic portion will commence at 2:30 P.M. at I he same location. In addition to the two contests, numerous other events are scheduled including a WhiteTailed Deer Country Seminar which will be conducted by Mr. Mike Ondik, a noted authority from Pennsylvania State University.
