good the way it is now. They cannot discuss wages, transfers, position classifications, emergencies or any operational changes. I did not vote at all on this bill because I asked for and did np^receive an answer to what the cost to the teacher or the School Board will be. This Committee is to be composed of five members selected by the grieved teacher, five by the School Board. They each share the cost of the Committee on an equal basis. The slim argument I got was it would save in court cost. You and I both know if neither party is satisfied, they will go to court anyway, which is an additional cost on top of the committee cost. The Bill also states the School Board has the final say over the Grievance Committee. I am convinced so far that this Session has not been a very productive one on some major issues.
