JOINT NOTICE VIRGINIA: Board of Supervisors and Planning Commission, Rappahannock County, Virginia

In accordance with Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, the Rappahannock County Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors will hold public hearings on February 9, 1979 in the Courthouse, Washington, Virginia, to discuss the following proposed amendments to the Rap pahannock County 1973 Zoning Ordinance. The Planning Commission hearing on the proposed amendments will be held at 9 a.m. and the Board of Supervisors hearing will be held at 10 a.m.

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County, Virginia that the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973 be amended and re-enacted in the following particulars:

Article 1, Section 1-1 (2) is hereby amended to read "Conservation District."

Article 3 is hereby amended and re-enacted to read as follows:
