Planner Dave Fannon objected to having the Planning Commission recommend that the supervisors require Goode to implement Adams’s suggestions. He noted that enforcement of the erosion and sedimentation control ordinance was not the commission’s responsibility.
In response, the planners agreed that H. S. Barksdale, in his position as local elected director for the Culpeper Soil and Water Conservation District, should bring Adams’ proposals to the Board of Supervisors.
