Bland Music
Contest
The Rappahannock Lion's Club will conduct the annual Bland Music Scholarship Contest on Saturday, February 24th, at 2 p.m. at the local elementary school. The winning vocalist and instrumentalist will compete for $1000 music scholarships awarded at state level by the Virginia Lion’s Club.
Any resident of Rappahannock County not yet graduated from high school is encouraged to enter the contest.
