“It's not in substantial compliance because of the percentage of land over 14 per cent slope,” Luke agreed.
The planners voted unanimously to relay to the supervisors that Mountain Slopes doesn't substantially meet provisions of county ordinances because each lot doesn't contain five acres under 14 per cent slope. They added a notation that the amount of land with flood plain soils in each lot contributed in making the lots substandard for compliance with zoning and subdivision regulations.
