Marie Davis says she is finding there is much work to be done in the secretarial position at the Welfare office. “In two weeks I’ve not nearly uncovered all of it. It’s enough to keep me busy,” she added.
Right how Davis is getting together the bills which have to be paid at the end of the month. She lists among her duties filling out warrant registers, answering the telephone, taking care of the mail and the payroll, typing the minutes of the Welfare Board meetings and preparing the agenda for upcoming meetings.
