Veterans can save time and eliminate worry about loss or theft each payday by having their pension checks sent directly to their bank. The Direct Deposit Program allows veterans to have paychecks automatically credited to their personal account every pay period.
The type of payments which can be directly deposited include social security, supplemental social security, civil service annuity ] and railroad retirement annuity and VA compensation and pension payments.
Anyone wishing to take part in the Direct Deposit Program may request the proper forms at their bank, credit union or savings and loan.
