[ Reunion The Robert Frazier family ■ will have a reunion Sunday, ' July 29, at the Rappahannock Recreation ' Center near Washington : beginning at 10 a.m. “Bring a picnic lunch and join old friends and relatives,” said a family spokesman. Rappahannock’s 4-H day camp just keeps getting better and better with age. In its fifth year, the camp on Hazel River entertained 90 kids in sessions that ran from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., Monday through Friday of last week. Youngsters were able to select three morning classes to attend for an hour each. After lunch, the kids split up into “Indian tribes” with a junior leader as chieftain for swimming, movies and sports. “We were very fortunate to have dedicated, enthusiastic volunteers from all areas and interests in the county,” said
