Seventh graders from Rappahannock Elementary School are at it again, trying to raise money for the annual class trip to Williamsburg scheduled for January. This year, students are holding a “Gong Show.”
The gong will come down on utfilucky performers on Saturday, December 1 at 7:30 p.m. in the elementary school auditorium. Any elementary school student may participate for prizes in the event. Rehearsal will be Friday, November 30, at 2 p.m.
In addition to the prizes awarded to the winning contestants who manage to beat the gong, refreshments will also be on sale. Admission to the sho(w will be $1.50 with admission to tire rehearsal only .2b cents.
