Mrs. Massie, in a final item, agreed to work with superintendent William Bloomer in coordinating a special program on drug and alcohol abuse. Mrs. Massie reported that Dr. William Young and Bob Trainer, psychologist and drug abuse specialist from the Mental Health and Mental Retardation Services, ancl Drs. Werner Krebser and Jerry Martin of the Rappahannock Medical Clinic, had offered to participate in the special program.
