Burke
Funeral services for Mrs. Daisy Mae Burke will be held today, Thrusday, at the Gid Brown Bible Chirrch, Washington, at 2 p.m. conducted by the Rev. John Burke. Burial will be in Washington Masonic Cemetery.
Mrs. Burke, 72, died November 12, 1979 at her residence in Washington. She was a native of Rappahannock County, the daughter of the late, Isaac and Fannie Mae Fincham Horton.
She is survived by her husband, Orie Manuel Burke; three daughters, Mrs. Charlotte Corbin of Nokesville, Mrs. Iva Pitcher of Jessup, Md. and Mrs. Naomi Morris of Adelphi, Md.; 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and a half-sister, Mrs. Nellie Johnson of Front Royal.
