An affidavit having been made and filed that Thomas Norman Wood Jr., Frances Smith Conoly Bedell, Jane Fletcher Higgins, Joan Coxe Lange, Mark Coxe Prime and Joan Prime are not residents of this State, and the bill stating that there may be other persons, firms, cor porations, associations, foun dations, agencies, institutions or organizations, designated as beneficiaries in the last will and testament of Robert Eugene Wood as "the cancer and heart funds of Virginia," and designated as a beneficiary in the last will and testament of Virginia Flet cher Wood as "the State of Virginia organization or foun dation engaged in research concerning ailments of the heart and heart trouble," which may be interested in the estate of Robert Eugene Wood, deceased, whose names and addresses are unknown, and making them parties defendant by the general description of "Parties Unknown." IT IS ORDERED, that the said non resident defendants and the persons, firms, corporations, associations, foundations, agencies, institutions and organizations which are made defendants by the general description of "Parties Unknown" do appear on or before the 10 th day of March, 1980, and do what is necessary to protect their interests. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that this order be published once a week tor four successive weeks in the Rappahannock New,s a newspaper published and cir culated in Rappahannock County, Virginia.
