Douglas. 33. of Petersburg, was charged with wounding Peter Marx of Washington in an incident that occurred near town on November 18, 1979. The defendant is being held in jail to await a hearing set for January 23 on motions for a psychiatric examination.
Grigsby, a 47-year-old resident of Castleton, faces charges arising from the September 8, 1979, shooting of Orville Faulkner. Grigsby is free on bond with jury trial set for February 27.
