The object of this cause is to obtain the advice and guidance of the Court in the administration of the estate of Virginia Fletcher Wood, deceased; to ascertain the priority of the deaths of Virginia Fletcher Wood and Robert Eugene Wood, if such priority exists, to interpret and construe the last will and testament of Virginia Fletcher Wood, deceased; to ascertain the validity of certain devises and bequests in the said last will and testament of Virginia Fletcher Wood, deceased; to ascertain the identity of certain beneficiaries named in the last will and testament of Virginia Fletcher Wood, deceased; to obtain guidance of the Court to the complainant in the ad ministration of the estate, in the disposition of the a§s*1s of the estate, and in the disbursement of the estate, to ascertain the duties and responsibilities of the complainant with respect to the real estate of which Virginia Fletcher Wood died seized and possessed; to obtain a decree, or decrees, of the Court adjudicating and settling and construction of the will of Virginia Fletcher Wood, deceased; that counsel for the complainant be allowed a reasonable fee in instituting and conducting this cause An affidavit having been made and filed that Frances Smith Conoly Bedell, Jane Fletcher Higgins, Joan Coxe Lange, Mark Coxe Prime, Joan Prime and Thomas Norman Wood, Jr, are not residents of this State; and the bill stating that there may be other persons, firms, cor porations, associations, foundations, agencies, institutions or organizations designated as a beneficiary in the last will and testament of Virginia Fletcher Wood as the "State of Virginia organization or foundation engaged in research concerning ailments of the heart and heart trouble," and designated as beneficiaries in the last will and testament of Robert Eugene Wood as "the cancer and heart funds of Virginia," which may be interested in the estate of Virginia Fletcher Wood, deceased, whose names and addresses are unknown, and making them parties defendant by the general description of "Parties Unknovai," IT IS ORDERED, that the said norv resident defendants and the persons, firms, corporations, associations, foundations, agencies, institutions and organizations which are made defendants by the general description of "Forties Unknown" do appear on or before the 10th day of March, 1980, and do what i.s necessary to protect their interests. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published and cir culated in Rappahannock County, Virginia.
