Mr. and Mrs. F. P. Bradley of Amissville celebrated their fiftieth wedding anniversary with open house Sunday at their home. The Bradleys were married in Pickens. South Carolina September 7. 1930. with the Rev. Reuben Hudson performing the ceremony.
Mr. and Mrs. Bradley were reared in the area of Cashiers. North Carolina and after their marriage they resided there until 1937. When work became difficult to find (he was a carpenter) they moved to Falls Church. Here Mr. Bradley opened a lawn mower shop which he operated for 22 years. It was in Falls Church that they raised a family of five, two girls and three boys. They are all married with families of their own. now.
