We agree with the substance of Col. Luke’s remarks delivered last Thursday at the supervisor meeting. It’s time for the school board to begin meeting the letter AND the intent of state law, specifically the standards of quality for education designed to give every Virginia youngster the tools to meet the demands of life.
But it’s also way past the time for the supervisors to follow their own advice.
