In the absence of commonwealth’s attorney Douglas Baumgardner, who was attending a meeting in Charlottesville, the supervisors agreed Thursday to table action on proposed amendments to the zoning ordinance section on residential subdivision pending legal advice in executive session.
Amendments to list uses by right, special permitted uses and minimum lot size as well as changes to the statement of intent for RS-1 District were unanimously recommended by the planning commission.
The planners proposed allowing single family dwellings, accessory buildings, forestry, gardens and small grains and hay by right, and agriculture, home occupations conducted by the occupant and public utilities
