RAA Fun Day
The Rappahannock Athletic Association has tentatively scheduled a family fun day at the elementary school on Saturday. September 27, to give moms and dads of youngsters who participated in the summer youth baseball program an opportunity at bat.
According to RAA president Guy Foster, the season-ending get together will pit parents, coaches and umpires against each other in a “for fun” baseball tournament. Interested parents may register at the elementary school field on September 20 or call Foster at 675-3467 or Pam Russell at 987-8598 for further information.
Benefit Program
Promised Land Baptist Church’s mens chorus will give a benefit program for the youth of the church this Saturday. September 13. at 7:30 p.m. at Promised Land.
