the Court adjudicating and settling and construction of the wills of Virginia Fletcher Wood and Robert Eugene Wood; and that counsel for the complainant be allowed a reasonable fee in instituting and conducting this cause.
An affidavit having been made and filed that there may be unknown heirs at law of Virginia Fletcher Wood, deceased, and unknown heirs at law of Robert Eugene Wood, deceased, or other unknown persons, who may have an interest in the said estates, or either of them, which said unknown heirs and unknown persons have been made parties to this cause, as "Parties Unknown" by decree entered herein on the 2nd day of September, 1980.
IT IS ORDERED, that the said unknown heirs of Virginia Fletcher Wood and the unknown heirs of Robert Eugene Wood, and other unknown persons, if any there be. who are made defendants in this cause by* the general description of ''Parties Unknown", do appear herein on or before the 24 day of October, 1980, and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published and circulated in Rappahannock County, Virginia.
