The term of board of zoning appeals member James Massie expired October 7 and the Jackson District representative has announced that he will not accept reappointment, according to clerk of the court Diane Bruce.
Bruce, who also serves as clerk to the board of supervisors, reported that the vacancy has been placed on the agenda for the supervisors’ November 2 meeting.
