Mrs. W. F. Moffett Jr., left Sunday to spend several weeks with her son-in-law and daughter, Lt. Commander and Mrs. Craig Welling, Anne Katherine and Judith Carter at Virginia Beach.

Miss Annie Miller Almond spent from Sunday until Wednesday with Mr. and Mrs. R. V. Snead Jr., in Lynchburg. Calling on Miss Almond Sunday afternoon were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Prewoznik of Culpeper.

J. Stant Weaver joined by Mr. and Mrs. Nick Peneranda of Fairfax spent Saturday with Mr. and Mrs. Mike Hicks in Culpeper.

Mr. and Mrs. George Raymond Jenkins and Bill and Mrs. Susan Fitzgerald, Jonathan and Sarah, all of Suffolk, were overnight guests Saturday of Mrs. A. M. Verner and Mrs. Mary Updike.

Mrs. Guy Burke of Culpeper spent from Thursday until Monday visiting friends and relatives here.

Mr. and Mrs. Charles Burke were dinner guests Saturday evening of Mr. and Mrs. Ashton Burke in Warrenton.

Mr. and Mrs. Andrew J. Brent of Richmond were weekend guests of Mr. Brent’s sister, Mrs. Arthur Miller.

Mr. and Mrs. Harold Faulkner of Orange were overnight guests Thursday of Mrs. W. M. Fletcher.

Mrs. Arne Olsen of Concord spent the weekend with her mother, Mrs. E. M. Jones. They spent Saturday in Charlottesville.

A dedication service for Grace Lee Wood Bailey, three-month-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Steve Bailey, was conducted Sunday at the Washington Baptist Church by the Rev. Stephen Scoggin. A dinner followed at the home of Mrs. Alice R. Wood. In addition to her mother, grandmother and sisters, Lynn and Mary Ellen, guests were Mrs. Paul Miller of Flint Hill, Mrs. Mary G. Edmonds of Huntly, Bob
