A one-acre lot variance granted by the Rappahannock Board of Zoning Appeals will be reviewed by Judge Shore Robertson.
In circuit court last Thursday, Judge Robertson held that petitioners Werner Krebser and Lee Bird have standing as county taxpayers to request a review of the BZA’s action in granting a variance and special use permit to Mr. and Mrs. Luther Atkins of Flint Hill.
The Atkins are seeking to build a second dwelling on a two-acre lot zoned agricultural and to subdivide that two-acre lot into two one-acre lots.
