The Neals purchased their 30-acre lot in 1970. said the zoning administrator, adding that Oscar Lindgren's rezoning to residential subdivision was approved in 1976.
"It may be that the only land zoned residential subdivision was the land that Lindgren was holding at that time." he said. If that's the case, then the Neals have a 30-acre parcel zoned agricultural and an adjoining seven acres zoned RS-I which were purchased at a later date from Lindgren after his tract was rezoned to residential subdivision. Konick added.
He agreed to research the issue and follow it through with the county planning commission.
