One adult and two juveniles, all members of the Castleton Volunteer Fire Department, have been charged with arson resulting from a string of tires set over a three-month period in the Amissville-View tow nCastleton area and in Culpeper County.
Robert Quinton Fincham, 19, of Rixeyvills, is charged with setting 11 fires. Fincham is currently free on $22,000 personal recognizance bond in both Rappahannock and Culpeper counties. A hearing on the charges in Rappahannock is set for June 22 in General District Court.
The two juveniles involved in the arson spree are both from Rappahannock County, according to state police arson investigator James H.
