The Rappahannock Association for the Arts and the Community (RAAC) addressed by-laws for the newly formed group, membership and fund-raisers at the board meeting on June 2.
Diane Bruce was also elected as treasurer pro tern.
As previously requested by the board, each member received a copy of the bylaws, which had been drawn up by Joy Luke, pro tern chairman. The by-laws were modeled after a standard form used by non-profit organizations.
