Flint Hill Picnic The Flint Hill Fire Department Ladies' Auxiliary will sponsor a community picnic at the fire hall on Sunday, June 13, at 5 p.m. All area residents are invited to attend and bring a covered dish.
Five Forks Revival Revival services will be held at Five Forks Regular Baptist Church near Woodville from June 14-20 each evening at 7:30. Earl McGufTey from West Virginia will be guest preacher for the week. There will be special singing each evening. Pastor Hoover Heflin invites the public to attend.
Flint Hill Carnival Set The annual Flint Hill firemen's carnival is scheduled for August 4 through 7. There will be rides, games, concessions, fun and amusements for all each night.
First Baptist Conference The First Baptist Church conference will be held on Wednesday. June 23, at 7:30 p.m. at the church. All members are urged to attend.
Tom Thumb Wedding
To Be Presented The public is invited to attend the Tom Thumb Wedding on Friday. June 25, at 7:30 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Washington. All young people who will participate are asked to be at the church on Tuesday. June 15, at 6 p.m. for rehearsal.
