Mr. and Mrs. Edward Hacklev have returned home after a trip to Raleigh. N. C. to visit Mr. and Mrs. Hal Bland.
Guests of Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Lawrence for the weekend were Mr. and Mrs. Mark Scruggs of Richmond. Mrs. Lee Harlow and children of Lexington, Md. and C. G. Law rence of Silver Spring. Md. Mr. and Mrs. Dean Lawrence were also visitors.

Mr. and Mrs. Jim Woodard and daughters have returned home after a trip to Climax, S. C. to visit Mr. and Mrs. J. Staton Woodard.
The Amissville Methodist Church will hold their revival Sept. 13-17 at 7:30 p.m. each night. There will be special music each night. Plan to attend.
