Dodson Reunion
The families of the late Ernest and Neva Nicholson Dodson will hold their annual reunion on Sunday, July 31 at Rappahannock County Park near Washington beginning-at 12 noon.
All family members and friends are invited to attend and asked to bring a picnic lunch.
Jenkins Reunion
A Jenkins family reunion will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. on July 24 at the Culpeper Moose Lodge off the Rixeyville Road approximately two and one-half miles from Culpeper.
All descendants of the late Ephriam and Martha Jenkins are invited to attend, bringing lunch and a beverage.
Front Royal Air Show
A second annual airshow will be presented at the Front Royal - Warren County Airport on Sunday, August 7. In case of rain, it will be on August 14. This all-day show will include two NASA performances, an antique aircraft show and a safety seminar. There will be parachute jumpers, a comedy act, gliders and ultra-light demonstrations. Airplane rides, a hot-air balloon and pony cart rides will be offered. Refreshments will be served. Admission is $3.00. The airport is located on Rt. 615, off Rt. 619 south of Front Royal.
