Richmond, with assistance from the Virginia Commission of the Arts, is coordinating the statewide effort. Mrs. Richard Reynolds, III will serve as statewide chairman and Ms. Sandy Slabaugh (804-643-4993) will be the coordinator. Laurie Marshall, the director of the Rappahannock Association for the Arts and the Community, is the regional coordinator for Fauquier, Culpeper, Warren, Madison and Rappahannock Counties.
