Potomac Edison is aware that many people with fixed or low incomes may have difficulty meeting these higher winter bills. We have several programs designed to help customers who need assistance.
Average Payment Plan to level out your higher and lower electric bills over the year allowing you to pay an averaged amount each month.
Installment Payment Plan to help you to pay off your higher winter bills over a period of months.
Third Party Notification enables you to designate another person to be notified in case Potomac Edison finds it necessary to terminate electric service for non-payment of a bill. While the third party is under no obligation to pay the bill, this service can be helpful to the elderly or those who are having physical problems.
