The Commissioners also discussed an appeal of David Konick’s decision that held that the leasing of property for hunting did not constitute a commercial use of the land. In November Konick received a complaint from landowners who questioned whether the nearby Hunt club was in violation of the zoning ordinance on the grounds that it was a commercial use of the land.
