In craftsmanship and m form, Mr, Robertson’s works in copper, currently available in Rappahannock, fill this definition of artistry. From statuesque table and floor lamps with copper foil and glass shades to fountains to a soaring ten foot weather vane, his work is characterized by rich colors and textures, attention to detail and imagination. Often echoing plant-life in his forms, each piece has an organic quality and an imposing physical presense.

Artists Calendar
Anyone interested in the production of an Artists’ Calendar for 1986 is invited to attend an “Ideas and Planning” meeting on January 26 at 1:00 p.m. at Middle Street Gallery. The thrust of the meeting will be toward evaluating the potential for producing another calendar as well as gathering ideas for possible themes and for methods of selection. Visual artists, poets and performing artists are all invited to come and share their ideas. For more information contact the RAAC office at 675-3193.
