Christmas Day dinner guests of Mrs. Frances Eubank and son Bob were Mr. and Mrs. Mike Hudson of Sperryville, Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Smoot and daughter, Crystal, of Lake Front Royal, Mr. and Mrs. Frankie Hitt of Woodville,, Ms. Betty Menefee, her son Bemie and Kenny Partlow of Warrenton, Mr. and Mrs. Herndon Hudson, Johnny Eubank, Mrs. Louise Adkins and daughter Bonita. Callers later in the afternoon were Ms. Pauline Scrog‘ gins and daughter Angie.
Supper guests of Mrs. Eubank Thursday night were Mrs. Cecil Smoot and Crystal of Lake Front Royal and Mr.-and Mrs. Herndon Hudson.
Mrs. Mary Hudson and Mrs. Frances Eubank visited Mrs. Vergie Hutchinson and her daughter Ms. Kay McMclahan in Front Royal diming the holiday. Kay is home for the holidays from Korea, where she has a teaching position. Mrs. Hutchinson and Mrs. Eubank are sisters.
Mr. and Mrs. Paul Blevins and sons spent the weekend in Arrington with Mr. Blevins’ brother and family, Mr. and Mrs. Monte Blevins. Miss Heather Blevins spent the weekend with Miss Lisel Hill in Manassas.
On Monday Mrs. Paul Blevins and children were guests of her sister-in-law Mrs. Maijorie Farrar and children Bobbie and Lou Ann in Manassas.
Mr. and Mrs. Monte Blevins and daughter Patricia, Mr. and Mrs. Michael Blevins and Mr. and Mrs. Larry Blevins, all of Arrington, are expected for New Year’s Eve at the Paul Blevins home.
Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Fairfax were guests of Miss Virginia Alexander in Alexandria for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Guests Christmas Day of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Lee and family were Mr. and Mrs. John Lee, Jr., of Culpeper, Paul Cooper of Castleton, Ms. Sara Shorter and son of Sperryville and Raymond Sutphin. Visiting the Lees Sunday evening were 6illy Nicholson of Front Royal and Mr. and Mrs. Clayburn Kuhn of Anchorage, Alaska. Mr. Kuhn is the son of Mrs. Virginia Kuhn of Warrenton, formerly of Rose Hill.
