Virginia E. Burke
Virginia E. Burke, 43, of Clearbrook, died Monday, December 23, 1985, in the Winchester Medical Center.
Mrs. Burke was bom January 31, 1942, in Rappahannock County, daughter of Elizabeth Maloney Riley and the late Daniel Riley. She was employed by the Apple Blossom Motel in Winchester.
Surviving with her mother are her husband, William Burke Sr., a daughter, Myrtle Ann Burke, at home, two sons, William Burke, Jr., of Brucetown and Wayne Burke„ at home, three brothers, Noah Riley, Frederick County, Richard Riley and William Riley of Middletown, a half-brother, Maurice Riley of Middletown, and a half-sister, Cerie Grove of Winchester.
A graveside service was conducted December 27 in Shenandoah Memorial Park, near Winchester, by the Rev. CletUs P. Palmer.
