“This land was for the people in the Park,” said Mrs. Dodson. “I never thought it would happen twice in one lifetime. We bought it in good faith with the understanding that we would have this right of way and now it’s gone.”
Mrs. Dodson’s sister, Margaret Dodson, also testified against Mr. Remmgton’s application. She ^ pointed out that the right of way, which has been maintained by the Dodson’s for nearly 40 years, has two blind spots, including the spot where Mr. Remington has bulldozed onto the right of way.
