The attendants wore tea length gowns of sapphire blue satin, with free-style bouquets of silk flowers, including white sweetheart roses, blue stephanotis, peach anemones and baby’s breath with white and peach streamers.
Michael Coleman King of Culpeper served as the best man. Ushers were Richard Douglas Dodson of Culpeper, Rodney Tansimore of Chicago, Rich Fennell of Havelock, N. C., John Kraynik of Wilson, and Richard Marvill of Chapel Hill, N. C. Ricky Lamm of Wilson was honorary usher.
A reception was held in Anderson Hall at St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church, with a second reception following at the home of the bride’s parents for relatives and out of town guests.
The bride is a graduate of Atlantic Christian College, Wilson, and is employed by Branch Banking and Trust (BB&T) in New Bern, N. C., as a retail services officer.
The bridegroom was graduated from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and is employed by BB&T in Kinston, N. C., as a business services officer.
Following a wedding trip to Wintergreen, Va., the couple is living in Kinston.
The groom’s parents hosted a rehearsal dinner at The Legacy in Elm City, N. C., for members of the wedding party, relatives and close friends.
