The United Methodist Women met Monday at the home of Candy Lamma. Attending were Ruth Ann Simmons, Ardis East, Gaynelle Russell, Russie Miller, Barbara Gentry, Evelyn Walker, Linda Miller, Flo Duvall, Janet Eastham, Louise McCulloch, Mary Frances Bywaters, Alice Pullen, Mary Curtis and Mary Brady.

Donald Berry Clatterbuck of Front Royal is spending this week with his grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Carson Lillard. Mr. and Mrs. Gary Smith and Karen left Tuesday for their home in Tempe, Ariz., after a visit here with the Lillards, Mrs. Smith’s parents.

Mr. and Mrs. Leon Lillard and girls of Broad Run visited Mr. and Mrs. Aubrey Lillard Sunday.

Jim Curtis of Leesburg was a guest Sunday of his parents Mr. and Mrs. Walter J. Curtis.
