County Methodist Services The United Methodist Churches will have worship services for Sunday, June 11 as follows: Flint Hill United Methodist at 9:00 a.m.; Sperryville at 11:15 a.m. with Communion and Willis Chapel at 10:00 a.m. The Rev. Merlin Shorb is pastor and invites the public.
Revival at Beech Spring Revival services will be conducted at Beech Spring Regular Baptist Church June 8-10 at 7:30 each evening. Rev. Wayne Thompson, pastor of Engleside Baptist Church in Alexandria will be preaching on Thursday evening. Different speakers will be preaching the other two nights. On Sunday, June 11 homecoming services will be held. Rev. David Thompson, director of Rapidan Baptist Camp in Madison will be preaching at 11 a.m. and again at 3 p.m. Dinner will be served following the morning worship service. The public is invited to attend.
Men's chorus program The Promise Land Baptist Church Men’s Chorus will present a program at the church on Saturday, June 10 at 7:30 p.m. The church is lovated in Gid Brown Hollow near Washington. All are welcome to attend.
