Rappahannock News photo/Lou Hatter RESCUE PERSONNEL TEND to a Luray woman who was injured in a single-vehicle accident on U.S. 211 at the intersection with Route 1003 at 8:15 a.m. Feb. 16, according to Sgt. G.A. Morris of the State Police. Melissa Ann Cave, 19, was operating a 1986 Ford eastbound when she apparently lost control of the vehicle and ran off the road, rolling it several times, hitting a sign and doing $4,500 in damage. She was charged with reckless driving by Trooper F.G. Mahler. Ms. Cave, who was wearing her seat belt, suffered only minor injuries.
