NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 64.1130 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, that it is the intention of Farmers & Merchants National Bank to pay over and deliver to Mrs. Ruth Trump, executrix of the estate of George T. Trump, deceased, of California, the state being the domicile of the decedent at the time of his death, money to which George T. Trump, deceased, was entitled, and which money is in the possession of the Farmers & Merchants National Bank in Flint Hill, Virginia, the money having a value of more than Two Thousand Five-Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00), and such payment and delivery to be made after a lapse of thirty (30) days from the completion of due publication of this notice, provided at the time of such payment the Bank has no actual knowledge of the appointment witnin this state of a personal representative for such decedent.
