Mr. and Mrs. Edward M. Clark and Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Brown, Amanda and Bobbie Jo camped last week at Country Acres family campground in Lancaster, Pa. Mr. and Mrs. James Beatty, Kandy and Robbie of Point O’Woods, Front Royal joined them from Wednesday until Saturday.
Monday was spent shopping in Reading, Pa. On Thursday they motored to Philadelphia and toured the National Historical Park and saw the Liberty Bell, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier of the American Revolution, Philadelphia Zoo and enjoyed a buggy ride tour around the park. On Friday they attended The Green Dragon Farmer's Market and Auction in Ephrata. The Browns and Clarks returned home on Sunday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. Edward M. ('lark and granddaughter Amanda Brown accompanied with Mrs. Mary Atkins of Sperryville were recent visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Ennis Clark in Lebanon Church.
We are glad to hear that Mrs. Frances Embank has returned home after having major surgery in Warren Memorial Hospital. She enjoys her visits from friends and relatives.
Jason Smart of Wheaton, Md. spent last week with Mr. and Mrs. John Clark Jr., Amanda and Stacey.
Mr. and Mrs. John Schultz spent a recent weekend in Williamsburg to visit with their grandson Aldo D’Ottavio who’s Naval Reserve Unit was in training at Yorktown.
