An area representative for Standard Coffee Service, which is a division of Wm. B. Reiiy & Co. Inc. of New Orleans, La., Mr. Greene moved to Rappahannock several years ago from Culpeper where he formerly sold horse bams and stables.
In search of a product that was not so dependent on the whims of an unpredictable economy, Mr. Greene, after some research, decided on the coffee business, because “everyone continues to buy coffee, no matter what shape the economy is in.”
Mr. Greene’s service provides businesses with commercial grade coffee makers of their choice at no charge and with no required contract. Once the equipment is in place. Standard Coffee Service will deliver the coffee based on the amount needed and will service the equipment on a regular basis.
