E. Johnson known as Lot C, and Route 231; thence leaving said Route 231, running thence with the lines of Lot C.N 45* 18'30* W 317.85 feet to a comer to Lot C, the lands formerly owned by said Willis, and Lot 0 thence, thence with the said land formerly owned by Willis, N 44° 38’ E 200.00 feet to the point of the point of beginning and containing 1.44 acres, more or less. E. Johnson, Jr., as aforesaid, running thence with the lands of Johnson and the lot hereby conveyed S 45 16’ 30* E 160.85 feet to the point of beginning and containing by estimation three-fourths (3/4) of an acre, more or less, and which has the address of P.O.
