Bridgewater is a coeducational, liberal arts college affiliated with the Church of the Brethren, and located in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.
Bob Palmer, coach for five years of the Eastern Slopes Junior Ski Team, will be presented by the Rappahannock Library on Wednesday, January 17, at 8 p.m. in a program on skiing. “Questions and Answers.” Ski techniques, equipment, clothing and areas will be discussed and demonstrated. All skiers, to-beskiers, beginners, “Snow Bunnies" and experienced “slope hounds” are invited to come to hear about America’s fastest growing sport. Palmer is a former manager of the Rappahannock Ski Area.
